Banks/ATM machines: You will find many banks and ATM machines close to the hotel. If you need directions please ask at the reception.

Check-in/Check-out: Our rooms are available at 2:30 p.m. on the arrival day. On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to return your key until 11:00 a.m. Your luggage can be stored at the reception.

Contract: The „Cityhotel D&C terms and conditions“ apply and are valid for reservations.

Environmental protection: The protection of our environment and sustainability are very important issues to us. High quality standards, the safety of our products and the efficient use of natural resources are important foundations for development of our operations. 
Please help us to protect the environment: If you want to use your towel again, we kindly ask you to hang it up. If you want to change your towel, please leave it on the floor. 
When leaving your room, we ask you to turn off the lights in order to save energy.

Fitness/Wellness: On the 5th floor, you will find our fitness and wellness area with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, relaxation area and sun deck, exclusively for hotel guests, from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.. 
We kindly ask you to contact the reception 30 minutes before you´d like to use the sauna or the steam bath. Bathrobes are also available at the reception free of charge. 
A massage after your workout can be organized by our reception staff. Please ask them for assistance in advance.

Guided City Tour: Would you like to learn more about St. Pölten? You get more information about the history of the city in a guided walking tour through the city and the government district of St. Pölten. We will be pleased to arrange your guided tour with the tourism office. Price is on request.

Internet: In all rooms, the lobby, the restaurant and the banqueting area, the hotel provides WLAN for free. Please ask at the reception for the access code.

Ironing service: Please contact the reception.

Laundry: On request, we will gladly take care of cleaning your laundry (except: hand wash / wool / angora / silk). Please note, that it can take up to 48 hours until you´ll receive your clean laundry. For prices please contact the reception.

Newspapers: Daily newspapers are available at our restaurant „dasGOLD’s“.

Parking area: You can use our parking area by availability for € 12.00 for 24 hours. On request, bus parking is possible, too.

Payment: We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Expres as well as ATM-Cards.

Pets: On request, pets are allowed at the hotel. Price: € 12.00/pet/night. 

Pharmacy: Pharmacies are regularly open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (please note that certain pharmacies close for a lunch break - that may vary between 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.). A Pharmacy Emergency Services Calendar (night/weekend service) can be found at our reception.

Reception: The reception is at your disposal for 24 hours.
Do you need an extra blanket or a further pillow? Ask our reception staff, we are always pleased to help you. 
We can also organize taxi transfers, theater tickets and much more. At the reception, you will find city maps, bicycle maps and many more information about St. Pölten, Lower Austria, etc.

Safe: Each room is equipped with a private safe. 

Safety tips:                    

• Please don’t leave your luggage or your personal belongings without attendance in public areas.
• Lock your valuables in the private safe.
• Keep your room key always with you. 

Shoe shine machine: A shoe polishing machine can be found on the ground floor near our elevators.

Shopping: At the inner-city of St. Pölten you will find a pedestrian zone with many shops, stores and coffee-shops. In the North of St. Pölten, a shopping mall called “Traisenpark” is located, and in the South of the city the “Center Süd” with many different shops can be found.

Smoking: The Cityhotel D&C is a non-smoking hotel. 
Please note: If the fire brigade is alarmed in case of smoking or damaging of a smoke detector, we have to charge the costs to you (€ 390.00 for 2020). For smoking in the room, an additional charge of € 50.00 has to be paid.

Television: Each room has cable-TV. 

Toilet articles: Forgot something you need? In our boutique at the reception you will find a small selection of toiletries.

Wake-up Service: Please let the reception know, when you like your wake-up call. 

Wine- & Sparkling wine lounge: Wine and sparkling wine tastings, wine conferences for small groups, winemaker presentations and get-togethers for small groups. (Pre-reservation is required)
